"Link Up the Vote" is a free, nonpartisan community event focused on voter registration, voter registration training, and get-out-the-vote (GOTV) education. Hosted by The Links, Incorporated (San Diego CA Chapter) along with community partners, the event is open to the public and includes on-site voter registration, educational panels on voting rights, free community haircuts courtesy of Riggins Urban Barber & Beauty College, a live creative expression showcase (rap, spoken word, visual art, and dance), plus food, music, and entertainment for the whole family.
